What does made-to-order mean?

Each Brunell by Shar garment is made specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to focus on craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail while reducing unnecessary waste.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production prior to shipment. Once your order has completed production, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How do I choose my size?

Please refer to our size guide before placing your order. If you are between sizes we highly recommend sizing up and getting the dress tailored for the perfect fit.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each garment is made to order, all sales are final. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Will sold-out styles be restocked?

Availability may vary by collection. We recommend joining our mailing list and following us on social media for updates regarding future releases and restocks.
